Work Environment
This role operates in a collaborative, fast‑paced marketing environment and works closely with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to deliver national marketing initiatives.
Duties
Campaign & Program Execution
- Support medium complexity marketing campaigns by coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track campaign progress through defined stage gates and identify risks, dependencies, or timing issues.
- Ensure campaign activities align with established marketing processes and ways of working.
Cross‑Functional & Agency Coordination
- Serve as a day‑to‑day liaison between internal marketing teams and external agency partners.
- Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and campaign touchpoints to ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate clear and consistent information flow across Brand, Customer Engagement, Production Operations, and agency teams.
Process & Operational Support
- Reinforce adoption of campaign management processes, tools, and templates.
- Identify opportunities to improve executional efficiency and reduce recurring process gaps.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure key outputs are captured throughout development.
Planning, Tracking & Reporting
- Assist in building and maintaining campaign schedules and milestone plans.
- Provide regular status updates and executional insights to Program Operations leadership.
- Support reporting related to campaign momentum, timeline adherence, and process compliance.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing (3-5 years), Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience working within a marketing organization or agency environment, with exposure to campaign development and execution.
- Understanding of creative development workflows and agency operating models.
Core Skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear, professional communication skills across creative, strategy, operations, and agency partners.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Familiarity with project or program management fundamentals (e.g., milestone planning, risk tracking, status reporting).
- Experience using workflow or project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms).

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $93,208.00 - $116,510.00 per year
